We are situated at Österby Säteri, 20 km from Uppsala and 1 hour drive from Stockholm, Sweden.

This business started inspired by the “Elm Creek Quilt´s” books by Jennifer Chiaverini. A few summers ago I read the books and thought "Oh, if there was such a place here in Sweden!" The more I read, the more the thought grew to "Imagine to have a place like that!" In November 2006 Österby Manor came into our lives. My first thought when I saw the pictures was of course "Elm Creek!!!" Everything worked out and now we live here and have started Österby Quilt. In a small scale of course, compared to Elm Creek...
